2. Total $ amount of your order
3. Name, address and phone number, and your email address - we will confirm your order and let you know when we receive your payment and ship your order.
If you are not sure about total $ amount of your order, email fred.zavadil@gmail.com, caricature.patterns@gmail.com. We will calculate the amount (including taxes and shipping cost) for you.

1. If you are subject to HST, please add your province's HST to your total order (patterns + shipping)
